In 2019, we worked with Conservation Trust for North Carolina to explore racial equity in the conservation space. Through community surveys and equity staff training with Shanelle Matthews, we equipped conservation nonprofits in NC with the tools needed to make a commitment to inclusion, equity and diversity within their work and culture.
